Delivery destinations

HP Drilling Equipment GmbH arranges deliveries in Germany, elsewhere in Europe and to destinations outside Europe. Availability depends on the goods, shipment, destination and carrier service and is confirmed for each order.

Our warehouse and dispatch address is HP Drilling Equipment GmbH, Am Nordbad 66, 44805 Bochum, Germany.

Shipping quotation after packing

Submit an order request using your approved business customer account. HP checks the products and availability, packs the shipment and checks its weight and dimensions before quoting the available delivery service.

HP sets the shipping charge for your shipment. The final order summary shows the quoted shipping charge, including any agreed packing and handling, together with the goods, applicable VAT and the total payable to HP. You approve this summary before HP accepts the order and issues the final invoice. A preliminary cart or system amount is not a confirmed freight quotation.

Dispatch and delivery arrangements

The delivery service, availability and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the order. For customers assigned payment in advance, HP dispatches the goods only after receiving the full invoiced amount. Any delivery estimate must be read together with the confirmed availability and payment arrangements.

Please provide an accurate delivery address, company name and contact details and tell HP about any access or unloading requirements before approving the quotation.

Customs and import charges

For shipments involving import formalities, HP confirms who is responsible for customs clearance and any duties, import taxes or related charges before you approve the final order summary. Charges payable separately at the destination are identified separately and are included in HP's quoted total only if expressly stated. Any information or documents required from you for the shipment will be requested as part of arranging delivery.
